Abstract

L'invention concerne la production des caoutchoucs synthétiques. Le procédé faisant l'objet de l'invention, du type dans lequel on procède à une polymérisation de l'isoprène au sein d'un solvant organique inerte à une température de -10 à + 100 degrés C en présence d'un système catalytique contenant un constituant A tel que le tétrachlorure de titane, un constituant B tel qu'un composé organoaluminique, un constituant C tel que des éthers répondant à la formule ROR', où R et R' sont des alcoyles, des cycloalcoyles et des alcényles ou des amines identiques ou différents, est caractérisé en ce que le système catalytique contient, à titre de constituant B, un composé organoaluminique ayant un motif élémentaire répondant à la formule générale :
