Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques. Ces compositions sont caractérisées par le fait qu'elles comprennent un homopolymère ou un copolymère ou un mélange de ceux-ci, soluble dans l'eau ou soluble dans l'eau à la manière colloïdale, préparé au départ d'un ou de monomères choisis parmi les acides carboxyliques oléfiniquement insaturés contenant au moins une double liaison oléfinique carbone-carbone et au moins un groupe carboxy, ce polymère ayant un degré de polymérisation de l'ordre d'environ 10 à environ 100 000 et un indice de gonflement d'environ 10 à environ 500. Application comme principe actif de médicaments destinés au traitement des calculs rénaux.
