Abstract

Procédé d'extraction de l'acétone du mélange produit par la réaction catalysée de carbonylation (en 10) de CH3 CO2 CH3 avec CO et H2 en présence d'un métal noble du Groupe VIII (catalyseur) et de CH3 I (promoteur). On envoie (en 26) vers la zone 10 de réaction une quantité de CH3 COCH3 assurant entre CH3 COCH3 et CH3 I un rapport molaire d'au moins 1:10, et l'on distille le mélange 12 comprenant CH3 I, CH3 COCH3 et CH3 CO2 CH3 pour séparer (en 16) la quasi-totalité de CH 3 I, de CH3 COCH3 à recycler vers 10 et un peu de CH3 CO2 CH 3 (mélange recyclé en 26) du reste de CH3 COCH3 et CH 3 CO2 CH3 14 puis l'on sépare (en 46) l'acétone CH 3 CO2 CH3 50. Application : obtention de substances pures (acétate de méthyle et acétone) pouvant servir de solvant et en synthèse organique.
