Abstract

Cet appareil permet à l'air de chauffage utilisé pour l'étirage de passer uniformément sur la circonférence d'une bulle détirage afin d'assurer ainsi un fonctionnement stabilisé. L'appareil comprend un chapeau 15 de forme circulaire, fixé sur la partie où un film brut sous contrainte commence à s'étirer et où une bulle d'étirage atteint son diamètre maximum. Des supports 3 portant des rouleaux 4 sont fixés sur la partie inférieure du chapeau. Les supports permettant aux rouleaux 4 d'osciller uniquement radialement par rapport à l'axe de la bulle mais ne peuvent pas se déformer dans le sens de la circonférence de cette bulle. Une feuille cylindrique 6 souple et rétrécissable est fixée sur la surface interne du chapeau son bord inférieur se trouvant au-dessus des rouleaux portes par les supports.
