Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition alimentaire. Cette composition comprend 25 à 64 g de protéines, des sources de calories correspondant à 2 250-2 700 Kcal, des vitamines A, D, E, B1 , B2 , B6 , B12 , C, de l'acide nicotinique, de l'acide folique, des substances minérales : calcium, phosphore, magnésium, iode, fer, zinc. Application de la composition alimentaire à la fabrication d'aliments idéaux permettant de réduire au maximum l'apport calorique alimentaire.
