Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéité destiné à une vanne à passage direct et à obturateur plan, sur les deux faces duquel des bagues de siège d'une seule pièce sont disposées. La face avant de chaque bague de siege 40 présente une gorge annulaire qui loge librement une bague annulaire d'étanchéité 44. La partie de chaque bague de siège située radialement à l'extérieur de la gorge est dégagée afin de former un léger jeu avec la face correspondante de,l'obturateur. Plusieurs canaux d'évent traversent la bague de siège et font communiquer la face inférieure de cette dernière avec le fond de la gorge logeant la bague d'étanchéité, de manière que cette gorge communique avec l'espace du corps 12 situé radialement à l'extérieur de la bague de siège. Domaine d'application : vannes à passage direct.
