Abstract

Procédé de production d'une préparation thrombolytique contenant comme constituant principal une urokinase ayant une masse moléculaire de 54 000 +- 10 000. Parmi les conditions de traitement de la production de l'urokinase, le pH est maintenu dans le domaine neutre ou faiblement alcalin sur toute la durée de chaque stade du traitement pour produire une préparation thrombolytique contenant de l'urokinase ayant une masse moléculaire de 54 000 + 10 000 comme ingrédient principal. Application en médecine.
