Abstract

Dispositif de mesure de déplacement, comprenant un élément guidé dans un bâti et portant un obturateur de lumière 16 constituant un écran occultant une fraction du faisceau émis par des moyens photo-émetteurs. Deux photodiodes planes 14, 15 reçoivent la fraction non occultée et fournissent un signal de sortie électrique d'intensité proportionnelle à l'éclairement reçu par leur surface sensible. la fraction occultée varie en sens inverse pour les deux diodes pour un déplacement de sens déterminé. Les photodiodes sont associées à un circuit formant la différence des signaux électriques qu'elles fournissent Application à la métrologie.
