Abstract

Procédé pour conférer chimiquement à un tissu-éponge ou analogue une hauteur de poils durable à niveaux multiples. Le procédé consiste : a. à appliquer une pâte caustique à au moins une zone prédéterminée de l'une des couches superficielles de poils; b. à laisser à la pâte caustique le temps de rétrécir les poils de la ou des zones prédéterminées, en l'absence d'un rétrécissement notable de la couche de fond, et c. à récupérer la matière. Application aux tissus-éponges du type serviettes de bain et analogues.
