Abstract

Cette invention concerne une chaussure ou autre article chaussant dé sécurité. Cette chaussure comprend un bout ou renfort 10 résistant aux chocs, par exemple en acier, muni d'un revêtement 12 en matière plastique synthétique par lequel il est fixé sur la chaussure. Ce revêtement 12, qui peut comporter une embase 11, présente une lèvre 13 piquée sur la tige 9. Le bout ou renfort revêtu est fixé sur la semelle 8 par des techniques de montage classiques. Le revêtement 12 peut former une bride périphérique pour son incorporation à une trépointe piquée. Le revêtement protège la personne portant chaussures contre les bords vifs du bout ou renfort et évite également la corrosion d'un bout ou renfort en acier.
