Abstract

Un codeur p.c.m. comprend un convertisseur analogique numérique linéaire à haute précision 1 suivi par un filtre passe-haut numérique 2, un circuit d'écart de réglage permanent en courant continu 5 et un compresseur numérique 6. Le filtre passe-haut supprime du signal codé tout écart de réglage permanent en courant continu et le circuit d'écart de réglage permanent en courant continu réintroduit une quantité contrôlée de cet écart. Par ces moyens, la performance peut être améliorée spécialement en ce qui concerne le bruit de fond et l'augmentation de la diaphonie.
