Abstract

Appareil détartreur adapté pour traiter de l'eau froide ou chaude. Cet appareil est constitué de deux boîtiers assemblés solidairement mais séparables en vue du nettoyage de l'électrode ou sonde S plongeant longitudinalement au centre du réservoir cylindrique C, constituant l'autre électrode, enfermé dans le boîtier et portant intérieurement une vis sans fin en matériau isolant indéformable à la chaleur, cette vis étant conçue pour augmenter le parcours de circulation d'eau à traiter et par là l'efficacité de l'appareil. Le boîtier contient le générateur d'impulsions polarisées qui comporte en outre un dispositif inverseur de polarité pour le nettoyage automatique de la sonde S. Un tel appareil est applicable notamment au détartrage de l'eau courante des foyers domestiques.
