Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un appareil d'homogénéisation de liquides et de bouillies constitué d'une pompe à haute pression, comportant une commande à manivelle et au moins un piston loge dans un bloc-cylindre et actionné par des bielles, associée à un dispositif d'homogénéisation monté sur le bloc-cylindre et présentant une tête d'homogénéisation constituée d'un fourreau présentant un trou de passage conique à paroi lisse s'évasant vers le côté sortie, et d un piston placé dans ce trou et tenu par une contrainte initiale axiale, qui possède un corps massif à surface latérale dans l'ensemble tronconique et sur laquelle sont formés des gradins annulaires se succédant axialement et dont la périphérie s'appuie sur le trou de passage. Selon l'invention, entre le dispositif d'homogénéisation 5 et le bloc-cylindre 17 de la pompe à haute pression 3 est placée une chambre intermédiaire 4 qui peut s'ouvrir.
