Abstract
L'invention concerne un séparateur de gouttelettes en suspension dans un courant gazeux d'alimentation d'un moteur. Le séparateur il comprend un conduit primaire 12 renfermant un aubage 13 communiquant au courant gazeux le parcourant dans le sens A un mouvement tourbillonnaire sur son axe projetant vers l'extérieur les gouttellettes de liquide en suspension, et un conduit secondaire tronconique 12b séparant la partie externe du courant, à forte concentration de liquide et destinée à être évacuée, de la partie interne du courant, à concentration de liquide faible ou nulle, qui sera dirigée vers la prise d'air du moteur. Le dispositif convient particulièrement aux moteurs à turbine à gaz equipant des hélicoptères opérant dans des zones maritimes où ils sont exposés aux projections d'embruns.
