Abstract

Cette invention vise à fournir une articulation à rotule et un procédé de fabrication permettant d'obtenir de façon relativement simple des jeux de fonctionnement de valeur déterminée sans qu'un usinage précis des différents constituants ne soit nécessaire. A cet effet, elle porte principalement sur un procédé de fabrication d'une articulation à rotule comprenant une rotule sphérique, un boîtier et un coussinet interposé entre ces deux pièces, selon lequel le boîtier est serti sur la rotule, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier 2 est serti sur la rotule 1 préalablement à la mise en place du coussinet 6 et ce dernier est réalisé par injection d'une matière plastique auto-lubrifiante convenable.
