Abstract

The mobile container for maintaing hot or cold products by means of the Peltier system consists of a trolley with movable, adjustable sides (2) supporting generators (1, 2) which may be used for heating or cooling. The isothermal container (1) is of parallelepiped shape and is open at both side ends, and incorporates a thermal barrier or partition (3). The partition (3) separates the container into two compartment in which are supports or shelves for plates of food. A detachable isothermal block incorporate thermo-elements and their exchangers with air inlet holes at the base (19, 20), and an air circulating turbine at the top.
