Abstract

Composition permettant de doser la microglobuline- beta 2 humaine, par exemple dans le sérum ou dans l'urine. Elle est constituée de particules de latex polymère synthétique et d'un anticorps anti-microglobuline- beta 2 humaine revêtant les surfaces des particules de latex. Cette composition est utile pour le diagnostic de certaines maladies, telles que la leucémie, certaines affections rénales et certaines maladies inflammatoires.
