Abstract

Le dispositif de dépoussiérage pour tricoteuse circulaire comprend un canal circulaire 40 coaxial au cylindre à aiguilles 11, relié à un ventilateur d'aspiration. Son enceinte 20 est en dessous de la zone de formation des mailles 45 et est constituée par une partie 202 fixée à la semelle 10 de la tricoteuse et une partie 201 tournant sur la partie fixe par l'intermédiaire d'une couronne à billes 37 et de bandes de glissement 39 propres à l'étanchéité du canal. Le dessus de la partie tournante 201 supporte des buses d'aspiration 22 dont les orifices peuvent être différents et disposés différemment à la périphérie de la zone de formation des mailles 45. L'enceinte peut également renfermer deux chambres circulaires propres à l'aspiration et au soufflage des poussières et reliées respectivement à des buses tournantes et des ventilateurs d'aspiration et de soufflage.
