Abstract

A veterinary tool for the oral administration of medicinal liq. or fluid paste to large animals e.g. cows and horses. comprises a rigid, flattened dual loop which encircles the animal's upper jaw. The top of the loop is fixed to a lever by which a manual effort can be applied to hold open the animals mouth. The lever serves also as a reservoir for liq. which flows by gravity alone through an axial passage in the loop into the animals mouth. A trigger operated valve pref. controls delivery of liq. from the loop outlet. The lever pref. has an extension handle with a support bridge which saddles the snout.
