Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un perfectionnement à la polymérisation d'alpha-oléfines. Dans le procédé de polymérisation qui comporte l'utilisation d'un catalyseur obtenu par réaction d'un halogénure de métal trivalent avec un composé de métal divalent pour obtenir un produit solide I, qu'on fait réagir avec un ou plusieurs donneurs d'électrons et un ou plusieurs accepteurs d'électrons pour former un produit solide II que l'on combine finalement avec un composé d'organo-aluminium, l'invention prévoit de faire réagir au moins un donneur et/ou un accepteur d'électrons en au moins deux portions divisées, l'un des accepteurs étant obligatoirement TiCl4 . Obtention d'un polymère hautement cristallin avec un rendement élevé et sans obligation de débarrasser le polymère du restant de catalyseur.
