Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de transformation de données d'images en un format vidéo. Selon l'invention, les données d'images sont transformées en un mot ayant trois groupes de caracteres représentant l'intensité, la teinte et la saturation du format voulu. Un jeu de données de couleur est créé d'après l'information du second et du troisième groupe de caractères du mot, et le jeu de données de couleur est modifié d'après l'information représentée par le premier groupe de caracteres du mot Le format vidéo voulu est obtenu avec le jeu modifié de données de couleur. Applications à la modification des caractéristiques chromatiques des images.
