Ce couvercle, formé d'une seule pièce par moulage par injection, comprend un panneau 14 en une résine synthétique à haute flexibilité et comporte une partie ouvrante 20 venue de matière délimitée par une zone amincie 16, et des organes d'ouverture 30a, 30'a qui sont contigus à au moins une portion de ladite partie ouvrante 20 et servant à séparer cette partie ouvrante 20 du panneau 14 de sorte que, lorsqu'on arrache ledit organe d'ouverture, la partie 20 se sépare du panneau 14 en même temps que l'organe d'ouverture.
