Abstract
Procédé permettant d'obtenir une liaison exempte de vides. Il consiste à placer la seconde surface du premier élément métallique 24 en contact avec une surface du second élément métallique 22, à entourer ces éléments métalliques ainsi disposés d'une atmosphère inerte, à appliquer une force de compression pour presser ensemble à pression élevée les éléments métalliques ainsi disposés, et à chauffer ces éléments métalliques ainsi disposés à une température comprise entre 300 degrés C et 400 degrés C tandis que ces éléments métalliques sont pressés run contre l'autre, à placer une première couche d'un matériau compactable non réactif 30, au-dessus et en contact de la première surface du premier élément métallique avant d'appliquer cette force de compression, de telle sorte que lorsqu'ils sont comprimés par la force de compression, la première couche de matériau compactable comprime le premier élément métallique déformable et l'oblige à se conformer aux contours irréguliers de la surface du second élément métallique conduisant à une liaison par thermocompression et diffusion exempte de vides, uniforme, entre les premier et second éléments métalliques. Application aux semi-conducteurs.
