Abstract

Ce procédé consiste à placer les deux éléments dans un moule fermé et à appliquer une haute pression sur l'extrémité extérieure de l'un au moins de ces deux éléments, un des deux éléments 12, 12a présentant, à l'une de ses extrémités, un évidement 17, 17a, dont la taille permet l'engagement intime de l'une des extrémités du second élément métallique 13, 13a, à appliquer sur l'un au moins des deux éléments une pression visant à réaliser un déplacement relatif de ceux-ci l'un vers l'autre, provoquant un fluage des métaux et, par conséquent, un déplacement de l'un de ceux-ci à l'intérieur de l'autre, de telle sorte que les impuretés de surface sont éliminées et qu'il est réalisé une liaison métal sur métal. Application à la réalisation de connecteurs électriques.
