제1도는 본 발명의 자전거 프레임으로 접합된 러그부품과 파이프부품을 나타낸 평면도, 제2도 및 제3도는 파이프를 가진 러그를 접합하기 위해 사용한 형성 기억링을 나타낸 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 러그와 러그에서 돌출부 쪽으로 삽입되는 파이프와, 러그돌출부와 파이프의 공동접촉 표면에 장치된 각각의 대응 환상홈으로 구성된 자전거 프레임에 있어서, 열에 의하여 외부직경에서 변화할 수 있는 단일지향성 형상기억 합금이 대응 환상홈의 하나에 장치되고, 러그의 돌출부와 파이프가 열경화 접착제 수단으로 삽입한 표면에서 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 프레임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 러그의 돌출부가 끝부분에서 최단한의 종단쪽으로 점점 작아지고, 러그돌출부의 최대한의 종단을 향하여 끝에서 부터 팽창한 복수의 핀-형상 돌출부를 공급하고, 상기 핀-형상 돌출부가 파이프의 내부직경 보다도 어덴덤원에서 더 크게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 프레임.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금이 파이프와 러그용 재료로 사용되고 100ppm이하의 염소농도의 접합 접착제가 열경화 접착제로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 프레임.
