제1도는 본 발명의 자전거 프레임으로 접합된 러그부품과 파이프부품을 나타낸 평면도, 제2도 및 제3도는 파이프를 가진 러그를 접합하기 위해 사용한 형성 기억링을 나타낸 평면도.
Claims (3)
- 러그와 러그에서 돌출부 쪽으로 삽입되는 파이프와, 러그돌출부와 파이프의 공동접촉 표면에 장치된 각각의 대응 환상홈으로 구성된 자전거 프레임에 있어서, 열에 의하여 외부직경에서 변화할 수 있는 단일지향성 형상기억 합금이 대응 환상홈의 하나에 장치되고, 러그의 돌출부와 파이프가 열경화 접착제 수단으로 삽입한 표면에서 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 프레임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 러그의 돌출부가 끝부분에서 최단한의 종단쪽으로 점점 작아지고, 러그돌출부의 최대한의 종단을 향하여 끝에서 부터 팽창한 복수의 핀-형상 돌출부를 공급하고, 상기 핀-형상 돌출부가 파이프의 내부직경 보다도 어덴덤원에서 더 크게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 프레임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금이 파이프와 러그용 재료로 사용되고 100ppm이하의 염소농도의 접합 접착제가 열경화 접착제로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 프레임.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
