Abstract

L'invention concerne l'application des hexaoxométallates de lithium à titre de conducteurs cationiques. Les hexaoxométallates répondent 1a formule Li6 (AuBvCx-DyEz)O6 dans laquelle A, B, C, D, E représentent des éléments métalliques respectivement pentavalent choisi dans le groupe niobium, tantale, ruthénium, osnium, antimoine, bismuth, proactinium, uranium; tétravalent choisi dans le groupe zirconium, hafnium, étain, plomb, iridium, platine, cérium, praséodyme, terbium; trivalent choisi dans le groupe indium scandium ; divalent choisi dans le groupe magnésium, calcium; monovalent choisi dans le groupe lithium, sodium, potassium. Les nombres u, v, x, y et z sont nuls, entiers ou fractionnaires et satisfont à la relation u + v + x + y + z =< 3, l'équilibre des charges étant respecté selon la relation 5u + 4v + 3x + 2y + z = 6. Ces composés sont doués d'une bonne conductivité ionique et sont aptes à la réalisation de générateurs électrochimiques.
