Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition polymère. Il s'agit d'une composition polymère fortement réticulée comprenant un homopolymère ou copolymère linéaire d'éthylène de masse volumique peu élevée qui, avant réticulation, est caractérisé par une masse volumique à 25 degrés C de 0,940 g/cm**3 ou moins et une linéarité exprimée sous la forme des groupes méthyle pendants par 10**3 atomes de carbone de la chaîne du polymère de moins de 30 avec une absence quasi complète de branches à chaîne longue. Cette composition est utile à la fabrication d'articles capables de reprise dimensionnelle.
