Abstract

Cette invention concerne une prothèse orthopédique de la main. Cette prothèse se compose d'un boîtier destiné à être fixé sur le moignon du bras infirme, avec plaque de commande mobile munie de câbles et de ressorts permettant au pouce de se déplacer dans un sens et aux quatre autres doigts dans le sens opposé. Les doigts sont articulés à l'aide de câbles les reliant au dispositif de commande, l'annulaire et l'auriculaire ayant pour leur part une double mobilité tandis que le pivotement du pouce est obtenue par un axe et une biellette fixée au centre de la plaque de commande. Ce dispositif permet une grande ouverture de la main et une saisie parfaite et fiable des objets quelque soit leur dimension. Cette invention reconstitue les mouvements naturels et est réalisable en deux versions symétriques pour des réalisations de main droite ou gauche.
