Abstract

Ce procédé consiste à mouler de façon connue en soi, c'est-à-dire en mouillant préalablement la feuille de cuir et en l'appliquant sous pression contre un moule de forme et en la laissant sécher à intérieur du moule, les feuilles de cuir pour les conformer en pièces ondulées dont chaque ondulation permet de loger, contre le côté chaire de la feuille de cuir, un boudin élastique et à fixer la feuille de cuir ondulée ainsi obtenue après mise en place des boudins élastiques, contre une nappe textile élastique appliquée contre sa face chaire, cette fixation étant assurée par des coutures exécutées dans les intervalles entre les ondulations de la feuille de cuir.
