Abstract

Selon ce procédé, on ajoute de l'oxyde de calcium en essayant un échantillon et on règle, d'après la valeur obtenue, l'addition de l'oxyde de calcium dans l'installation, de manière à obtenir le degré désiré de caustification. En plus de cet échantillon, on prélève et on analyse également un échantillon de la lessive amenée au dissolveur à chaux de l'installation de caustification sur la base de la teneur en ions carbonate ainsi obtenue dans la lessive amenée à l'installation de caustification, ainsi que dans la lessive quittant cette dernière.
