Abstract
Procédé et dispositif de préparation d'un dessert glacé et produit obtenu. Le dispositif de la présente invention comporte un premier moule creux extérieur 11, et un deuxième moule 12 susceptible d'être placé à l'intérieur du premier moule Il de manière à définir un volume fermé de faible épaisseur entre les surfaces en regard 14, 17 respectivement desdits premier et deuxième moules, et des moyens 13 d'assemblage rapide desdits moules. Application à la fabrication d'un dessert glacé présentant la forme et la composition extérieure d'un gâteau à pâte levée et comportant une ame de crème glacée
