Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de régénération et de recyclage d'un bain de fixateur d'une machine de développement automatique de pellicules sensibles selon lequel on fait passer lesdites pellicules 1 dans un bac de fixage 3 contenant le bain de fixateur, on transvase du bain de fixateur usagé dans un bac à électrolyse 13 et on le soumet à une électrolyse appropriée pour récupérer l'argent, puis on recycle ledit bain ainsi traité du bac à électrolyse dans le bac de fixage, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'on fait passer au moins une partie du bain de fixateur au cours de son circuit dans un dispositif d'épuration 29 comportant du charbon actif 34, on peut utiliser un bac à électrolyse à cathode tournante 14.
