Abstract

L'invention concerne une cellule modulaire préfabriquée autoportante en forme de parallélépipède creux et comportant les semelles inférieure et supérieure et deux ou trois parois latérales verticales. Ces cellules sont rapprochées de manière variée et posées l'une sur l'autre et reliées l'une à l'autre de manière à réaliser le complexe d'habitation voulu. La cellule en question comporte au moins trois tronçons verticaux 10 faisant fonction de piliers lesquels sont associés apx parois verticales. Des éléments de joint susceptibles de relier les cellules l'une à l'autre sont placés aux extrémités de ces tronçons-piliers. Les tronçons-piliers 10 et les éléments des joints sont alignés et jointifs le long de droites verticales.
