Abstract

La présente addition concerne le domaine des ceintures de renforcement de bandages pneumatiques. La ceinture selon l'addition comprend deux nappes plates d'éléments filiformes métalliques d'armature P1 et Q1 et deux nappes repliées R1 et R'1 d'éléments filiformes d'armature plus souples que ceux des nappes plates et entourant les zones latérales d'une P1 desdites nappes plates; l'autre nappe plate Q1 est dans le prolongement des pans 3 et 4, respectivement des nappes R1 et R'1 ; les éléments filiformes précités sont enrobés de gomme et ceux des nappes repliées sont beaucoup plus souples que ceux des nappes plates. L'addition permet d'obtenir une bonne résistance aux décollements des bords de ceinture et une bonne rigidité transversale.
