Abstract

1507451 Pneumatic tyres DUNLOP Ltd 27 March 1975 [5 April 1974 18 July 1974] 15427/74 and 31791/74 Heading B7C A pneumatic tyre for use on a tractor has, in each sidewall, a pair of cord reinforcing plies 19, 20 located on opposite sides of the neutral axis 24 of the sidewall, at least one of the plies being a ply extending from bead to bead of the tyre, and between the plies 19, 20 an insert 21 of an elastomer, e.g. with a hardness of 45-90 B.S. degrees, which extends from the bead region of the sidewall at least as far as the adjacent shoulder region of the tyre.
