Abstract

Procédé pour la fabrication de câbles multibrins, notamment de fils conducteurs électriques enrobés d'une gaine de protection en matière thermoplastique au moyen d'une extrudeuse, caractérisé en ce que l'on assure la fabrication du câble 3 en continu et à vitesse élevée en alimentant directement l'extrudeuse 2 à partir d'au moins une unité de tréfilage multiple 4, 5 produisant un câble 3 à brins parallèles à l'âme. L'invention permet de réduire les temps et les coûts de fabrication en éliminant l'opération de tordonnage classique. Application notamment à la fabrication de câbles électriques à brins parallèles.
