Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un combustible à partir de résidus urbains et usine pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Un poste de tri 1, permet de sélectionner dans les résidus des matières légères, telles que papier, cartons, bois, matières plasties en feuilles minces, qui sont ensuite broyées dans un poste 2 et portées à un taux d'humidité contrôlé dans un poste 3. Les matières sont ensuite homogénéisées et mêlées entre elles dans un poste 4, puis éventuellement soumises à un traitement chimique dans un poste 5, pour éviter d'obtenir des produits toxiques ou nocifs à la combustion. La sortie des matières s'effectue soit par un poste de compactage 6, où les matières sont agglomérées en granulés, soit en vrac vers un poste de stockage en silos 7. L'invention s'applique au traitement des résidus urbains pour récupérer d'une manière économique les matières légères de pouvoir calorifique élevé, en évitant les effets indésirables de leur combustion.The invention relates to a method for producing a fuel from urban residues and a plant for implementing this method.
