Abstract

Procédé de contrôle d'une pièce à surface travaillante concave ou convexe de révolution, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à utiliser un gabarit plat ayant un- contour correspondant à l'enveloppe périphérique d'un secteur radial générateur de ladite surface et qui est relié à la partie mobile d'un capteur de déplacement linéaire, et à mettre ce gabarit et ladite surface en appui réciproque dans un plan diamétral de celle-ci tel qu'en engendrant ensuite une rotation relative de la pièce et du gabarit, ce dernier balaie la surface à contrôler en au plus un tour, ledit capteur répondant alors à toute irrégularité de l'état de ladite surface excédant la rugosité de celle-ci. Application : contrôle des cuvettes de poussoirs de commande de soupapes de moteurs.
