Abstract
The wash basin has a dosing mechanism associated with it which allows a dose of disinfectant to be injected into the basin. This action is controlled by a pump system under the control of the user. A dosing pump (22) is controlled by user operation of a hand operated shaft with a cover (52). This pumps the dosing liquid from a reservoir (23) via a tube (43) to which an anti-return valve (44) is connected. The pumped liquid passes via another anti-return valve (20) to an evacuation tube (16) into which water under pressure is fed via a pipe (10) and stop cock (11). When controlled by flexible connection (14) from a valve trigger system (15) operated by the user the mixt. flows from an outlet (13).
