Abstract

L'invention concerne les procédés de conversion thermodynamique. Elle se rapporte à un procédé dans lequel le chauffage du fluide de travail au cours du cycle comprend la dissociation chimique d'une partie au moins du fluide par radiolyse, à une température inferieure à la température d'équilibre thermique, puis la réaction chimique des constituants dissociés afin qu'ils se recombinent et échauffent simultanément le fluide de travail. La réaction chimique est avantageusement réalisée simultanément à une détente, au cours d'une opération isotherme et adiabatique. Application aux centrales d'énergie, notamment de type nucléaire
