Abstract

Procédé d'obtention d'alcool benzylique ou d'alcools benzyliques substitués sur le noyau. Il consiste à décarbonyler les formiates de l'alcool benzylique ou des alcools benzyliques substitués sur le noyau en présence d'un catalyseur. Application notamment pour des synthèses d'aldéhydes aromatiques, de polyesters ou de polyurétuanes.
