Abstract

L'invention concerne un produit d'alimentation pour bovins. Le produit qui remplace le lait contient un produit laitier contenant de la caséine dont la teneur de lactose a été diminuée, dont la teneur en cendres est inférieure à 15 % sur extrait sec, la teneur en protéines supérieure à 17 %, la teneur en matières grasses supérieure à 9 %, la teneur en eau inférieure à 70 %, un pH de la solution diluée entre 4,5 et 4,0 et un rapport de Ca/P entre 1,2 : 1 et 2 : 1. Le produit selon l'invention convient à l'alimentation après une simple dilution par l'eau.
