Abstract

Système de moulage d'encadrement monobloc en béton manufacturé, avec isolation sandwich supprimant tous les ponts thermiques. Il est composé par un cadre extérieur, un isolant, un cadre intérieur, une menuiserie dont le vitrage est placé en continuité avec le voile isolant. Il peut être livré fini ou à finir. Avec encadrement débordant sur le nu de la façade, ou encadrement masqué par l'enduit. Le linteau est porteur. Desallègements, gorges et alvéoles atténuent les différences de masse, un treillis déployé sur joints empêche les fissures. Toutes les sujétions, gonds, arrêts, douilles réservation sont prévus. Le moulage permet de couvrir toutes les gammes d'épaisseur de maçonnerie.
