Abstract

L'invention est relative à une bifurcation. Les véhicules sont équipés de roues porteuses orientables guidées par des roues de guidage à axes verticaux, coopérant avec des chemins de guidage associés aux rails de roulement. Dans les bifurcations le guidage est assuré par les roues de guidage associées à la roue roulant sur le rail extérieur et par un mentonnet coopérant avec un contre-rail, dont un tronçon est mobile pour commander le changement de voie. Les tronçons mobiles des contre-rails peuvent être commandés par des pédales attaquées par les mentonnets. La bifurcation peut être appliquée à une installation de transport à véhicules tractés par un câble tracteur.
