Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de moulage et une matrice pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Le procédé, pour le moulage d'un produit présentant une forme prédéterminée en un matériau initialement démuni de cohésion, consiste à utiliser une matrice présentant une face d'une forme complémentaire de la force à mouler, à placer le matériau démuni de cohésion en contact avec ladite face, à provoquer la prise et le durcissement de ce matériau et à détacher ladite face du matériau durci pour démouler le produit ; il est caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise une matrice creuse, délimitée par une paroi étanche et au moins partiellement déformable dont la face extérieure définit au moins partiellement ladite face, et en ce que l'on déroule le produit en établissant entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur de la matrice une différence de pression telle que l'intérieur soit en dépression par rapport à l'extérieur, de façon à contracter la matrice.
