Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement du purin et un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé. Ce procéde consiste à apporter au purin, en continu, une quantité d'oxygène suffisante pour dépasser la témpérature de 38 degrés C et en même temps, par absorption de chaleur, à la maintenir à une température inférieure à cette valeur, ladite quantité étant apportée par un dispositif d'agitation situé dans la cuve où se trouve le purin et qui comporte un réfrigérant 12, dont la quantité de liquide le traversant peut être régulée par un régulateur 15 en dépendance avec la température du purin. Application à la production d'eau chaude.
