Abstract

La présente invention concerne un oscillateur hyperfréquences à ondes acoustiques. L'oscillateur hyperfréquences selon l'invention est constitué par un oscillateur libre 1 couplé à deux lignes à retard 9 et 10 à ondes acoustiques de volume, montées en parallèle et fonctionnant en réflexion. La première ligne impose un retard 2 tau 1 , correspondant à un aller-retour, sous-multiple de celui 2 tau 2 de la deuxième, a = tau 1 / tau 2 égale de préférence 2 ou 3. Application aux oscillateurs fonctionnant en ultra haute fréquence, en bande L notamment.
