Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve small size, by providing a diode at a conversion section between a slot line and a microstrip line. CONSTITUTION:A fundamental wave inputted from an input terminal 9 is branched at a coupling point 13 and propagates slit lines 7 and 11. A voltage propagated on the slot lines 7, 11 is applied to diodes 3, 4 at an inverted phase. An odd order harmonic generated at the non-linearity of the diodes is synthesized in phase at the coupling point 13 and cancelled in opposite phase at a coupling point 14. Further, the harmonic of even order is cancelled at the coupling point 13 and synthesized at the coupling point 14. Thus, the odd order harmonics are outputted at the input terminal 9 and the even order harmonics are outputted at an output terminal 10.
