Abstract
The method uses two Zener diodes (D1, D2. The Zener diodes are preirradiated to different irradiation levels. The diode (D1) which has received the most irradiation is then used in a circuit to define the electrical magnitude. The diode (D2) which has the least irradiation is used to correct the lowering of the voltage characteristic of the first in the case of future common irradiation of the diodes. Both the Zener diodes have the same voltage characteristics. The diodes are used in a circuit which has a voltage divider and a servo loop to control the voltage at the terminals of the voltage divider.
