Abstract

Cette invention concerne un frein d'articulation. Une pièce ou partie de l'articulation porte un axe qui est immobilisé par rapport à elle. Cet axe est muni d'une clavette sur une partie de sa longueur. L'autre pièce ou partie de l'articulation est engagée par un perçage de plus grand diamètre sur cette partie de l'axe et une bague fendue, emmanchée à force dans ce perçage, se trouve entre celui-ci et l'axe, sa fente étant engagée sur la clavette de cet axe. Lors d'un déplacement des parties de l'articulation, un effet de freinage est obtenu par friction entre la face externe de la bague et la surface intérieure du perçage conjugué. Un frein d'articulation de ce type est utilisable notamment pour des appareils sanitaires tels qu'une douchette.
